You identify the company and tell Bad Angel about the holding you already own. Add whatever supporting information or documents you have. You do not need to reconstruct the whole history before you begin.
Bad Angel expands the record
The platform structures what you provide, checks public company information from sources such as Companies House, and uses AI-assisted research to survey relevant public information on the web. It can add context, identify inconsistencies and flag gaps for you to review.
You remain in control
The resulting Passport is a reusable information record. You can correct it, add private information, download it and decide who should see it.
Tools, not decisions
Bad Angel can provide owner-directed tools for preparing information and paperwork. It does not need to recommend a transaction or make one happen for the Passport to be useful.
